1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at limestonemoving.com (the "Site"), operated by Mahoney Enterprises LLC doing business as Limestone Moving Co. ("Limestone Moving," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. These terms do not govern your move

Your moving services are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this Site — including service descriptions, estimate ranges, or general information about our process — creates a binding contract for moving services or modifies the terms of your Bill of Lading, estimate, or service agreement.

If there is any conflict between information on this Site and your signed moving documents, your signed moving documents control.

3. Estimates and pricing information

Any pricing information, rate ranges, or cost examples on this Site are provided for general reference only. They are not quotes and are not binding.

An actual estimate is provided only after we collect specific details about your move, including home size, inventory, access conditions, stairs and elevators, parking, and distance. Your final charges are determined by your signed estimate and Bill of Lading, and reflect the actual time and services required to complete your move.

Rates, availability, service areas, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.

4. Requesting an estimate

When you submit a form on this Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form does not reserve a move date. A move date is reserved only when we confirm it with you directly and, where applicable, you have paid the required deposit.

5. Referral program

Our referral program is offered at our discretion and subject to the following:

- A referral credit is earned only when the referred customer completes a paid move with Limestone Moving.
- The referred customer must be a new customer and must identify the referring party at the time of booking.
- Referral credits have no cash value except as expressly stated in the offer.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
- Referrals obtained through spam, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of another person's contact information are void.

6. SMS and electronic communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Limestone Moving related to your estimate, scheduling, crew arrival updates, and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. 7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

This disclaimer applies to the Site only. It does not limit or disclaim any warranty, obligation, or liability arising from moving services we perform, which are governed by your service agreement and by applicable state and federal law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limestone Moving and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

This limitation applies to your use of the Site only. It does not apply to claims arising from moving services, loss or damage to goods, or personal injury, which are governed by your service agreement and by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Limestone Moving name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

You may share links to our pages and may reproduce short excerpts with attribution.

10. Reviews and customer content

Customer reviews displayed on this Site are reproduced from third-party platforms including Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Nextdoor. Reviews reflect the individual experiences of those customers and are not a guarantee of the results of any particular move.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or fraudulent information, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, to scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission, or to violate any applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Effective date" above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
